Founded in 2012 by Keith McIntyre. Keith started working in a cabinet shop at 17 years old and developed a passion for woodworking. After working for a local custom cabinet shop in Millington, MI he decided to pursue a career at a national cabinet manufacture in Indiana. He learned a great deal about customer service and used his cabinet building experience to grow within the organization to a project manager. Then he decided he wanted to bring all his knowledge back to the Great Lakes Bay Region to provide the area with quality custom cabinet backed with the best customer service. Built on the core values of quality, integrity, attitude, and effort, Keith has created a company culture where teamwork and pride in craftsmanship thrive.
Heather has been working in Design since 2014. She majored in Interior Design at Style Design College. Her background ranges from being a Project Specialist of Interiors for extensive kitchen and bathroom remodels, to owning her own Design business allowing her to explore both interior and exterior designs. Through her business she had the privilege of partnering with some elite local residential and commercial contractors that helped make her client’s dreams become a reality. Her business was even featured in the Great Lakes Bay Magazine. Heather has an expertise in designing creative, functional and beautiful spaces that meet her client’s needs. She has designed a life she loves and has that same passion and vision for her clients.
Ashlynn received her Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interior Design from Central Michigan University. Her creativity, fresh perspective, and enthusiasm for design make her a valued member of the McIntyre Cabinets team. During her internship with McIntyre Cabinets, she gained hands-on experience collaborating with clients to develop functional and beautiful designs. Ashlynn enjoys working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle and help them bring their visions to life with custom cabinetry solutions.
Steve joined the team in 2015. He has helped in almost every department over his time here. Steve has built face frames/custom parts, built doors, cabinet boxes, and managed the finish department. He also brings 25 years of experience in the construction and cabinet industry where he had his own construction company in Wisconsin specializing in historical restoration and large-scale remodeling. All of this makes him a perfect fit for his current role of running our Wholesale division. Andrew joined the team in 2019; he worked in the building department and doors department. We then had an opening in our engineering department and Andrew’s passion for computers made him a perfect fit. He played a key role in setting up our CNC machine and integrating our software.
